Another painting job we did in Manor Estate, Dublin. The house had a paddle dash wall. That rough, bumpy kind of texture. Not easy to paint. But our guy knows how to handle it. He covered every bump perfectly.
Right next to the paddle dash was a new extension. Smooth plaster. That got a different type of paint. Priming and painting to ensure a lasting result. Our painter cut in the edges by hand first. Then rolled the rest. Nice and clean.
The PVC windows and door needed love too. They were old and dark. He scrubbed every frame with a special cleaner. Rinsed them off. Let them dry. Then he applied a good quality primer made specially for PVC. That helps the paint stick without peeling. Finally, he brushed on two coats of grey. The door and windows looked brand new. Fresh. Bright. The whole house tied together nicely.
